What the site collects
Reading the site does not require you to give us anything. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, time of request and browser type, for security and reliability.
If you pause the animation, the site saves that one setting in your own browser so that it stays paused. It is never sent to us.
Improving the site
We may look at aggregate figures, such as which pages are read and on what kind of device, to make the site work better. These figures do not identify you. We do not build profiles of visitors.
When you write to us
When you email us, we receive your name, your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it to reply and to discuss a possible engagement, and we keep it only as long as that purpose and our records require.
Client information
Information that clients entrust to us is handled under the engagement agreement and its confidentiality and data terms. We keep it confidential, work on it in enterprise tools under written terms, and do not use it to train AI models. How we use AI describes our practice.
Who we share information with
Only the providers that host this site and run our email on our behalf, under their data-processing terms, and others where the law requires it.
Where it is handled
Nonlinear is based in the United States, and information you send us is handled there.

Wherever you live, you may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to info@nonlinearadvisors.com.
Changes
If our practice changes, we will update this notice and the date at the top.
